We had a great stay here. The hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. The location was peaceful and the room was comfortable.

Nice old building, wery welcome stuff, restaurant facilities nearby, nice country side location
We came Saturday evening and the restaurant was full - could be nice to be mailed in advance what we need to book it if we wanna eat there. Hotel reception helped us to find alternative place to eat - so no big problem. It was quite untidily different hangers in room wardrobe and if you open drawer there - it was some rubbish inside. There is airco but no ventilation system installed.

The Hotel is Clean, everything is quite new, Breakfast was very basic but there were enough to eat. There is more than enough parking around the hotel.
The Hotel is situated right next to a NightClub/Bar with a Pizza place on the other side so on a weekend I expect quite a bit of noise. Although the hotel is situated on what seems to be part of a farm, it is also situated in an Industrial Area and next to a small airfield. The person that greeted us could not speak a single word of english (Although the guy the next morning did speak english very well). The Hotel is not situated close to anything worth seeing - you will be bored out of your mind within the 1st day and its not walking distance to anywhere. You feel like you are in the middle of no where.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient and we had no trouble finding a spot. The location was perfect for us, as we were attending a model flying contest at the nearby flying field in Icaro Village. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Ferrara and Modena allowed us to easily explore these cities. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of homemade cakes and pastries. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing is perfect.
